Nothing stops you from adding extra connectors for that, but it's an oddity.
I've seen a number of 3D-printable designs for brackets to hold the decoder PCBs or other bits, though it's hard to say how much they improve upon a few sheets of styrene, double-sided tape, or other time-honored options

Jeg tror det er vanskelig å få gjort noen reelle tiltak så lenge man bruker "mannsyrker" gjennom frontfaget som modell for lønnsoppgjør.
For å heve typiske kvinneyrker må disse løftes spesielt utenfor frontfaget.

Made a new batch of sprue goo, keeping it thin. Bonding square styrene rod into bulk shapes to construct the next golem armature.

There are two possibilities I can suggest- either file down the Lego studs (flat file to reduce the vertical height from top & bottom) or cut two small circles from sheet styrene- you can score the circle with a wheel-lock compass & two needles or find a circular punch the right size (see pics).

I'm very happy with how this custom turned out.
I used a bunch of styrene & little dome studs all around the kit to make certain details, along with chisels too.

You might consider leafing a styrene sheet. I find thr process of leafing kinda satisfying. You can get small sheets and if you like the process it can add glitz to tons of projects!
