yeah, I've tried every stim option too.
the non stims don't do anything positive for me. Straterra was the best of the non stims and it felt like it did nothing.

Please don't feel bad if you can't just yet. Effexor is notoriously hard to escape once on it. There are other options. Trintellix worked for me. I got off Adderall and got on Straterra for my ADD.

Starting to really consider whether I want to be on ADHD medication anymore. Feel like at the very least, my dose is no longer correct.

Personally didn't have luck with adderall. But with straterra I could feel it both come online and power off. It was so weird 😭

Not to my knowledge! Big meds I have taken:
Ritalin (elementary school, had a decent effect after adjusting dosage. Discontinued cold turkey in middle school due to causing extreme appetite swings and overeating)
Wellbutrin
Straterra (DC)
Adderall
Injectable insulin (DC)
Metformin (DC)
Mounjaro

Yes. I can't remember if I took any as a teenager but as an adult I've been on 150-300mg XR Wellbutrin and that's worked fairly well.
Another ADHD med, but Straterra along with the Wellbutrin seemed to help, but not as much as Adderall has.

Im wrong. It was Straterra she was taking that’s a non stimulant. Ritalin is still a stimulant I believe.

And i mis-spoke, its actually risperidone (risperdol generic) and straterra (esp when taking both routinely) that dont mix with elderberry, not lexapro. lexapro is fine apparently

Ok come to find out if youre on lexapro AND straterra (shout out to my bipolar Autism adhd baddies) you should NOT DRINK ELDERBERRY DRINKS unless you want to cause your meds to fistfight it in your gut. Omg i feel like ASS.
