First up, myself!

I'm Penndragyn, and I draw fantasy stuff! And some fanart now and then, but mostly my OCs and the stories I hope to share of them someday.

I usually do some art of my tiefling duo for the occasion, here's some of my favorites from all seasons.

Hi! My name's Butterfly, and I'm a hobbyist artist, who enjoys making art for subjects that interest me - mostly fanart for series I like (video games) and my OCs 😊💖 Here's a couple of my favorite pieces, plus my most recent piece at the end!
Image (Art): A piece of digital fanart that I did of Princess Peach based on that stained glass window in Super Mario 64. This is actually a redraw of a piece I did in 2016. Instead of her being shown side profile, Peach is instead looking towards the viewer with a sweet expression on her face and her hands clasped together. I also drew the roses more realistic compared to the original stained glass version, and tried to keep most of the elements and colours the same. For the background I also included a brick wall which I added a bit of texture to, alongside rose and leaf embellishes with hearts at the top and bottom on each side. Overall I spent a lot of time working on this trying out different things, and to this very day I still remember the ordeal with the lace.... || Artist: yesbutterfly (Image tags, included for clarity for the subject: supermario, nintendo, fanart, princesspeach, peach, digitalart ) Image (Art): This is a redraw of an earlier piece that I did way back in 2016, which I started a couple of months ago, and decided that I would post it for Undertale's 10th Anniversary! I had a lot of fun drawing Muffet again, and it was actually a lot of fun thinking about how I could incorporate certain elements that were present in the original into the new piece! Including working out how I would draw her 'now', since the original piece showed her from the back as I was unsure of how to draw her clothing, but I just decided to do whatever and combine ideas whilst drawing her in her battle sprite pose, just at a slightly different angle. Also this is "Version A", since I've also done two additional versions with slightly different colours in them, which are slightly de-saturated and a 'combined' version which I'll post a bit later. Anyway, I'm not sure what else to put here, I will probably come back and tweak a few things here and there at some point, including when I notice Spider no.456 doesn't have any legs or something....hoo boy...so many spiders....pretty sure some of them are actually in dance poses if you look closely... || Artist: yesbutterfly. (Tags Included here for clarity of subject: art, fanart, digitalart, undertale, muffet, spiders tw: spider ) Image (Art): A digital illustration of my OC/Kirby OC Lumina in response to a "Draw your OC like this" type of thing, in this case the original image was of Fred Flintstone from The Flintstones sitting at the table holding a piece of meat with a stern/unimpressed look (well that's how I always took that expression.) So we have Lumina looking really unimpressed at the table eating...I don't know who offended her but it probably wasn't a good idea.... Anyway, I class her as an alien-sheep thing. || Artist: yesbutterfly Image (Art): This is a traditional sketch with colour added digitally, featuring the antagonist Agahnim from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. I wanted to draw him looking imposing and smug, so I went with a pose for him where he has his head slightly angled upwards so you can see his full face (I'm sorry), with a sneer on his face. He also has one of his hands raised with the fingers curled in a menacing manner like he's probably giving some sort of evil monologue, or he's going to cast a spell. The piece itself mostly consists of red from the sky (and Agahnim's robes) with orange/yellow tones from the sun in the background, and I attempted to use this push myself to do a bit of dramatic lighting. He's supposed to be in a room simular to the one that he's fought in, so I included some pillars and did a pattern around the 'windows' in order to make them more interesting, and so it was obvious where the window ledge is. For the scenery outside, I just decided to keep it simple with the shape of hills & trees in the background, and the Pyramid of Power as a reference to his second fight and The Dark World... I don't know it's just supposed to look dramatic! I might change a few things when I eventually get around to doing a full digital piece (and fix up a few things), but I'm happy with how it turned out! || Artist: yesbutterfly.
