✨Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards Sketches.✨

(Art 1/3) This is a traditional sketch that I did of the Fairy Queen from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, which I added colour to digitally. I'm planning to do a digital version sometime, along with the other two. As this is the first one I did, it has a similar background to the other two, except the background is a light-ish pink tone rather than white. The shape behind the character is also more square, but still features a slight gradient. It also features the same idea of having two sets of diagonal lines, this time one on (your) top left corner and the bottom right. There is a slight texture, but unlike the other two I added stars to this one. The character also has a slight outline too. - yesbutterfly. (Art 2/3) A traditional sketch (with colour added digitally just to make it a bit more interesting) of Adeleine from Kirby64: The Crystal Shards looking towards the viewer holding her paintbrush and palette. This is a mini-revisit attempt working towards someday (maybe) redoing an older piece, which I originally did of her and Ribbon as a result of me playing Star Allies. I just mostly wanted to keep the sketch simple, but cleaning it up and even adding colour to it was a trial this time for whatever reason, so I've just done what I can with it for now. Forgot to extend the colour of the sock on her left leg but ah well...I'm a bit happier with how she's turned out - maybe someday I'll also be able to get her legs the right length....lol... Anyway, for more detail, the background is white, with a rounded edged square behind the character, which is a light pink/purple(ish) gradient. It has a bit of a texture to give it a papery look in the shape of a with a line cut part-way across diagonally from the ('your') top left corner and the bottom right corner which is white to make it look like its cut from the background. The character also has a white outline to make her stand out a little bit more. - yesbutterfly. (Art 3/3) A traditional sketch (with colour added digitally just to make it a bit more interesting) of Ribbon from Kirby64: The Crystal Shards holding one of the crystal shards and looking towards the viewer. I decided to keep a bit closer to her design clothing and a bit more proportion wise (actually I just made her a slightly larger chibi.) For some reason her sketch was a bit easier to work with than Adeleine's...idk...I guess it was just me at the time. The background is white, with a rounded edged square behind the character, which is a light pink/purple gradient. As an artist myself, it's nice to know that even Bowser has the enthusiasm and creativity to make his own art.

Although, I still don't condone kidnapping royalty, destroying kingdoms, traumatizing residents of said kingdoms, stealing stuff, and antagonizing plumbers every week or so.

Image: A digital fanart illustration of the character Muffet from the video game Undertale. This is a redraw of an earlier piece that I did way back in 2016, which I started a couple of months ago, and decided that I would post it for Undertale's 10th Anniversary! I had a lot of fun drawing Muffet again, and it was actually a lot of fun thinking about how I could incorporate certain elements that were present in the original into the new piece! Including working out how I would draw her 'now', since the original piece showed her from the back as I was unsure of how to draw her clothing, but I just decided to do whatever and combine ideas whilst drawing her in her battle sprite pose, just at a slightly different angle. As such she is standing at a 3/4 angle, holding her teacups and teapots (as she does in her battle sprite pose) - the two cups being held in her top two hands, the teapots in her middle two, and her final pair being down at her sides. I decided to surround her with spiderwebs and spiders, on a checkered background, which slightly fades into dark around the edges. Within the spider webs I also drew some Spider Donuts, alongside including a plate with a donut and croissant, with two more of the latter near the plate. As mentioned before, a lot of these elements were in my original piece, so I decided to include them, but change it up a bit such as adding more variation to the webs (long strands/broken strands) and more spiders - doing various things. I also decided to include the "Up Next Spider" since I wasn't sure whether to include my original Spider Bake Sale signpost but ultimately decided to change it. I also included the Player's Heart/Frisk being entangled in a web which Muffet is looking up at smugly. Also this is "Version A", since I've also done two additional versions with slightly different colours in them which I'll share at some point. Anyway, I'm not sure what else to put here, I will probably come back and tweak a few things here and the… Image: A piece of digital fanart that I did of Princess Peach based on that stained glass window in Super Mario 64. This is actually a redraw of a piece I did in 2016. Instead of her being shown side profile, Peach is instead looking towards the viewer with a sweet expression on her face and her hands clasped together. I also drew the roses more realistic compared to the original stained glass version, and tried to keep most of the elements and colours the same. For the background I also included a brick wall which I added a bit of texture to, alongside rose and leaf embellishes with hearts at the top and bottom on each side. It is a waist up sketch featuring Rosalina who is smiling warmly at the nearby Luma. This is a traditional sketch which I've added colour to digitally, just to make it look a bit more interesting. For example, I also decided to include a circle for the background behind Rosalina and the Luma, which features a purple-pink gradient to make it look like space; I even added a few sparkles here and there to make it look like stars. I also used the default Star brush from GIMP around the edge of the circle (small in size) in a white opaque overlay, and within the circle itself (which are a bit larger and are of a lighter opaque.) It's actually been quite a while since I drew Rosalina, so I just left this as a basic quick sketch. I was going to base it on her new amiibo figure's artwork, because I absolutely adore her expression in that piece of art (and I really hope that Nintendo releases the image in full) but I thought I'd just keep it simple....since her shoulders and the top bit of her dress was causing me a bit of grief. I called this piece "Star Friends" as I believe that they would actually make good friends, Kirby is on his warp star looking at Yumetaro who is waving happily from his own star; which he can create himself to ride on.
