Brownwater systems in homes/apartments could definitely be standard, and metering should help them pen out more easily. Hope those councillors facilitate that in all new builds (all those SFH2SES replacements, right?) helping to remove any coordination or similar non-cost barriers.

There are more loose-tie-building chance-meetings with your neighbours when you share a single stair (and elevator) on a single-lot building, than a double-loaded corridor after land assembly. #sfh2ses
