First bloom on my Ophrys speculum [Link, 1799], a Mediterranean/Iberian terrestrial orchid. It is pollinated by a male Dasyscolia ciliata wasp. Males are lured by the flower, which mimics the female wasp as part of Pouyannian mimicry #Orchidaceae
