I believe the commenter yr referring to was Rich from his YT channel 'ohhthatsrich' where he said that if SCOTUS keep finding in favour of cheeto benito then the next Dem Prez should just flood the zone with EO's like cheeto has done, thus forcing Scotus to reverse all it's previous decisions.
