If you're into working with metal and have aluminum extrusion available near you, highly recommend bashing together your own bootleg Monstertech hotas mount like this. Makes flying SUPER comfortable.

I ended up getting Monstertech mounts for my HOTAS. Now I leave my HOTAS bolted onto the mounts, but I can attach and detach them from my chair really easy. Works like a dream. 😁

@dazjdm.bsky.social Tu pourrais rappeler s'il te plaît la référence des quelques supports que tu as fixés à ton bureau pour ton cockpit ? Les montures en acier pour fixer les différents modules (hotas, écran etc) ? Je cherche autre chose que les monstertech à 17 000 euros.

The overhead parts used to be for the TrakRacer monitor stand and were repurposed, only the attachment for the control panels is by monstertech. I also ordered some custom alum profile from a local seller to mount them.

Indeed. I still stand as someone who will always prefer a 104 key keyboard over a TKL though, as I use my numpad way too often.
Now, if we were to talk about a second keyboard... I've been seriously tempted by 75% keyboards, as such would fit on a MonsterTech tray and leave room to use the mouse.
