My grandmother (mom’s mother), my Nana, passed on 7 Dec 1992. Mom & I talk every yr on this sad anniversary. This morning we said 33 yrs ago & still feels like yesterday. #MahaliaJackson was one of Nana’s favorites. If I close my eyes, listen quietly, I can still hear Nana singing to her records 🎶🙏🏾🕊️
