I draw a comic about a diabetic woman who gets isekai'd and derails the plot to reinvent insulin.

A logical question about this genre is why the authors are all sad weebs with deviantart accounts and Sonic OCs instead of actual mangaka. The answer is that most actual manga artists are too busy ruining their lives in an industry that will chew them up and spit them out to write books about it.
