I went to the doctor twice last 2 years. Each time they tried to push big pharma on me. I ate more vegetables, fruit and nuts and exercised more. Best health I have been in 7 years. I think I am done with the doctor outside of my yearly covid and flu shot. The medical induis predatory. #luigiforever
