At 6000 ft on Mt. Hood just east of Portland there would typically be enough snow for skiing. ALL of the snow has melted and it's 42°. Bad, bad news for the ski resorts-but even worse for the thousands of farmers that rely on H20 melting mtn snow runoff in summer
