The abbreviation "GP1994" is written in bold bubble letters. Each letter/digit has its own colour. In order, they are: orange, green, yellow, purple, red, and blue. Behind the 'G' are the yellow rays of a cartoon sun. To the right in front of the '94' is a dandelion. Most of the seeds have dispersed. Three are still attached to the plant and three fly towards the sun.

Of my OCs from #growingpains1994, I think I'd get along best with Ally, Mary-Anne, Barbara, Aaliyah, and Erik. This is if I were their age and in their class. I would hate Barneby, Russell, Haylee, Kirsty, and Tom with passion. Too bad for Barneby that he's a favourite of mine as an OC <3

Off the top of my head, for #growingpains1994, James Walwood is the oldest living resident of Halboro (80s, I think). Joey (8 months) is the youngest. I haven't made the residents of the nursing home yet, though. I also have to make Mia's baby, but I have to know when she'd stop maternity leave.

Brett from #growingpains1994 drives most of his classmates up the wall. He has two friends and many more people who actively dislike him. He's a massive wannabe and sucks up to everyone, especially Barneby and Russell. Ironically, they bully him more because he follows them like a wishful puppy.

#ocfact OTD: Renee from #growingpains1994 would love Cocteau Twins' music. She's also inclined to folk, classical, and pop rock. She's not so into grunge, unlike many of her peers.

It's also really enjoyable to be able to find where I want to foreshadow stuff. #growingpains1994 doesn't allow this as much (or at least I don't do so as much) because there are a mountain of episodes to make.

TBE is only gonna be, like, four books. A hell of a lot easier than 365.

Oh, I can also see people ogling over Pablo from #growingpains1994. He's a very tall man with eyebags who never smiles but is by no means a bad person. He's constantly so overdressed for his job as a high school teacher. He needs therapy. He's multilingual.

#growingpains1994 trivia for the day is that Lucas (protagonist two) is deeply afraid of spiders. Whenever he spots a spider, he refuses to go near its location until someone else finds and kills it. This is unfortunate because he lives in Australia.

I started #growingpains1994 after making lists of random streets and the residents living there. After designing Ally and her family randomly, I realised I could combine them into a proper story. Renee and Lucas already existed, but as vague ideas. The rest came after.

My stories are (currently) as follows:

Growing Pains: 1994 (GP1994) is my main one. It's a coming-of-age, kinda slice-of-life dramedy about teenagers living in the (fictional) rural Aussie town of Halboro. Each episode is one day of 1994. Currently my main WIP. #gp1994 #growingpains1994
