I’ve cried throughout the day, every day. I’ve felt angry, sad, and hopeless. I’ve been wrestling with the fragility of life and the reality that it can be taken in an instant—without reason, without justice, and without warning.

Even in transition, joy is available. Not because everything is easy—but because you’re still here, still growing, still open to the light.
