Redesigning Ana took awhile. Mostly cause i couldn't decide the correct skin, hair, and eye tones. Then i decided to add yellow accessories to help fill out the design, then i recoloured everything again because thr accesssories blended in and so on #Glassflowers #art #OC #fashion

Debating whether I wanna keep the name Glassflower or Glassflowers. I like the names, they’re just not too tied into the plot. However, the writer of Bleach also chose that name cause of vibes, so maybe I'm overthinking it

I have some sweeping changes to Glassflowers in mind. Something that allows me to take all the time I need for the story, characters, and tone without having to force through my overarching outline. And it would give the series a basic synopsis that'll make it easier to sell

One of the more difficult parts about planning Glassflowers is that a lot depends on how many chapters I can draw in a year. I'd like to be able to do 3 or 4, but with how many setbacks I currently face it could be 1 or 2. I'd like to be able to overcome said setbacks, but its not that easy

Take a seat, you’ll be here for some time, so it's best that you get comfortable. You’ve arrived at an *excciting* time. We just finished the Tale of The Year of Fools, and everyone is excited to hear what happens next. “Who are the Year of Fools?” You ask. Worry not, everything will become clear in time. Sometimes I skip ahead to the action, but for you, I will try to ease everyone in this time around. This is the Tale of Glassflower: Ursa and the Scarf Squad! Chapter I Ana of Tsuno The Dead Oceans were black as coal. None went near the silent waters, for fear of being devoured. And for those who made it to the bottom, there were treasures they shant carry. The black became so thick that not even coal competed anymore The ocean floor was made completely of a crystular black substance. It was rough to the touch because of its shape, but the black was quite smooth depending on where one stood. Of course none could see where to stand if they were to reach this far. The darkness was so thick one might mistake themselves for sleeping if their sense of touch and the freezing cold didn’t say otherwise. Yet in the abyss, there was still light to be found. They say Glassflowers were flowers that could grow in spite of their lack of a natural environment. They tried their hardest to stand tall, reaching for the sky, but they would never last. They were an unnatural flower, a mutation. In a sense, we found one hiding amidst the darkness. There was a faint red glow, piercing the dark. Within the abyss was a still flame of black and red. It was the size of a human, a fully grown woman to be exact. If one looked close enough, they could see a faint silhouette within. However, another light stole our vision.
