Oh there's plenty! Off the top of my head there's Tess Greymane, Mia Greymane, Krennan Aranas, and Gwen Armstead. A lot of non-worgen generic NPCs in the reclaimed Gilneas City too, though you could also say some of them are cursed but prefer their human forms

If we get it - 100% Undercity will be for Horde and Gilneas will come back as the Alliance one

The clear answer is that Gilneas has the market cornered on rain and is hoarding all the rain that should go to those other zones. So really Azeroth has full weather coverage… and the rain is all in Gilneas. Clearly.

i wonder if blizz would ever be willing to re-examine the wider areas of weather coverage for some zones. in one of my personal addons i record weather frequency and there's a lot of very green forest zones that have never observed rain. meanwhile gilneas has basically never *not* rained

They finally added Lord Candren to Gilneas! (Previously the only way to get his decor was to phase Teldrassil back since they removed Candren from Stormwind in DF). There's still no way to get the worgen racial mounts without phasing Teldrassil back, or a flight path in Gilneas, though.
