If you noticed during GDQx at TwitchCon San Diego a black box appearing next to one of the games in the layout for a few seconds and then going away, that was my fault due to misunderstanding what was in Preview and what wasn’t. Whoops! Glad to hear they’ve been doing things to try to mitigate that!
Our setup was making it much harder to work on things in Preview, which was a pain for stream techs and producers. It could also sometimes be hard to understand just what state OBS and Pratchett were in, what state they _thought_ they were in, and whether those things agreed. That's not tenable!

like i saw it at gdqX already and like. the pick-my-main bets, going through every gym with a different pokemon... it is the type of thing that really incentivizes donations and makes even the ones that aren't read out loud feel like they count! perfect for the finale push of donations

Yeh definetly! The GDQX room was such a vibe. I think I spent more time there than the rest of the con but tbf I'm a bit bias on that since that's where my friends are at lol

Genuinely my favorite thing about GDQx is the ability to do that. The small size and schedule facilitates so much more connection and it's SO great. I'm so glad you came!!

My first Twitchcon was a pretty good time! It wasn't necessarily an event I'd be attending if I weren't part of GDQX but I'll definetly go again if GDQ accepts me again in the future & it motivates me to get to partner! Shoutouts to everyone I hung out with, yall are awesome

TwitchCon as a whole; despite the negative things that were happening, I personally had a great time. Seeing and meeting folks was definitely my highlight, along with attending a few panels, going to mixers, and commentating SA2 at GDQx. I wish I got pics with more folks, but it was gogogo.

GDQx was a huge success!! i’m so incredibly thankful & proud to have had the opportunity to work as Games Committee Lead, my team was amazing & we put together a wonderful event! this was really a big chance for me to prove to myself that i belong where i am, & i’m so happy with how it turned out 💜
