Dokkaebier of Oakland makes some excellent beers.
Dokkaebier Kimchi Sour
A nice gingery sour with a hint of heat. Drinks easy like a ginger ale!
My only disappointment is that it is not spicier and more kimchi-forward.
It would (of course) pair well with BBQ and an array of smaller dishes.
Would and will recommend!

Maybe because it was insanely hot at the fest and the flavor was just right, but I really am thinking I need to track down some of that Dokkaebier Kalo Mexican Lager and do a side by side with both Jarritos and Mt. Dew. That's not a dunk, it was really good!

Everything I tried was great, but the standout for me, because profile, was Dokkaibier's Kalo Mexican Lager, which honestly had a lime forward profile that in good way gave me something between a Mountain Dew and Limon Jarritos impression.

Dokkaebier is a very good brewery in Oakland btw. It’s also Korean-owned which is very rare! I’ve had a couple of their beers. I bet this is gonna be good. I’m jealous.
I wish Bluesky had polls so I could ask people if they think this is going to be gross or not. (Why did I buy it if I think it might be gross? Well my friend, I like to live my life a little… dangerously)

Dokkaebier is a very good brewery in Oakland btw. It’s also Korean-owned which is very rare! I’ve had a couple of their beers. I bet this is gonna be good. I’m jealous.

They also do a Yuzu Blonde that's super great.
