The edema in my feet and legs seems to be more under control after almost a week on the new bp meds. Hopefully I'll be back to normal soon, walking with less pain and wearing my favorite shoes! Still, ow. #disabledlife

Just sent a kind, gentle request for a status update on my meds to my VA care team. I know that they're going through a lot of shit, but as I've mentioned, I need my refills. Hopefully I can get a good answer.

Just sent a kind, gentle request for a status update on my meds to my VA care team. I know that they're going through a lot of shit, but as I've mentioned, I need my refills. Hopefully I can get a good answer.

Small #victory this week, was able to go to #hospital appointment,the travel worsened the #pain & #anxiety of it as usual but wasnt taken into account re #bloodpressure so now I have to answer more questions to get much needed #medicine but I got there! #disabled#win#chronicpain

All's I have to say right now is thank fuck for counseling.
Now if only I could leave my apartment to get the brain meds I've been out of for nearly a week.
Not in the cards. Outside is frozen and I'm invisible to or forgotten by the communities here that I fostered for decades.
