Watched the entire series of -'How to get to Heaven from Belfast' today. It's early in the year, but this may be one of ny favorite series of 2026. Fast, witty, filled with complicated chatacters & visuals ala Twin Peaks. Loved it & will rewatch again.

I know i don't have to throw away all my chatacters, but I'm nixxing at least one since I've had problems making them instead of being invested in my own.

Poor Jenny isn't even a character. She has no agency in the picture. She's just a puppet that the writer manipulates through a series of unconvincing changes. Why was this supposed to be a good movie?

I love Smiling Friends and I love Charpim because some big figures, like animators and artists, all seem to agree, in some capacity, that Pim and Charlie should kiss.
A lot of people seem to see them as more than friends and I love that so much.

Maybe im stretching the definition of recently here but tactical breech wizards is so good. The tactics gameplay is fast and satisfying, with most maps completable in only a ccharacters if you know what youre doing. The story is great and I love the chatacters. Very fun game, can't recommend enough

these are really great threads!! i must say the intention behind me just throwing "haha sdu as dolls" prompt in the wild was more along the lines of those meme threads "fictional chatacters if they were x" but how to say it... the bigger symbolic meaning of doll as itself was on my mind anyway--

the more jules coded chatacters i could think of were from books with no official art of them didnt think it was right to use someone’s fan art for it so chose different characters

GItS is a manga style comic, even if it was based in australia it would have manga style chatacters - caucasians are often not depicted that much differently.
Hence my main counter point about visual source in this particular occasion.
