I bought the Walmart exclusive 4K Steelbook for the Borderlands movie! I bought it from a seller on Ebay. I always make sure to check for positive reviews compared to negative ones. It's amazing how pristine this looks!(1/7)

Borderlands—Not as horrible as claimed. Flawed, I never wanted to shut it off and walk away. Filled with cliches, overused tropes, and missed opportunities but for once Kevin Hart was not the most annoying character. Only watch out of curiosity.

Putting it out there #borderlandsmovie isn't that bad. Should have been miniseries as it crammed about 4 episodes of intros into 20 opening minutes. Remember it's a batshit crazy game. Flawed, yes. Miscast, yes but with a great cast who ride it well. Messy, stupid and enjoyable just like the games.

So I watched the #BorderlandsMovie and it’s…a movie. 😆 I can see why it got thrashed in the reviews. It’s not an *awful* movie (the effects are good, the set design and props are ON POINT) but the story is weak, and the casting wasn’t great…

This might be a somewhat controversial opinion, but after watching the #Borderlands movie last night, I've come to the conclusion that wasn't all that bad.

It certainly wasn't a great film, but it isn't the steaming pile of Rakk dung the internet lead me to believe it was. 6.5/10.

Just finshed watching the live-action film adaptation of borderlands!!

Overall, it was fantastic and the creativity demonstrated shows that everyone working on the project wanted to tell a story, not make a shitty cash grab
