Bockbeer bonanza. Never made one of these. The color looks very good, and the OG is 1,084, so this should be considered a double bock. Sadly the Munich malt I used was quite old, and it could have been even higher.

Can't wait to taste this.

If you get to Göttingen try and find Einbecker. Should be easy. Just be careful. The bockbeer has more hps than wine. 🙂
