The trolley problem meme, in which a person is standing by a lever which can switch the trolley from one track to another. The trolley is covered by Tow Mater, a pickup truck from the Cars movie. Next to it is a bicycle sitting next to the track. The text says "If you pull the lever, the people still get run over but the car will be replaced by a bike". To the right, the people tied to the tracks in danger of being run over say "I almost got hit by a cyclist on the sidewalk" and "the bike lever is slowing down cars, stop trying to replace cars with bikes"
