After hearing about two turtles recently found in the UK but not reported in time to be rehabilitated, now is a good time for a reminder of what to do if you find a turtle.

Unexpected Saturday night with #BDMLR responding to a stranded dolphin near Paignton Pier. Worked with Torbay Coastguard to move it to Torquay Harbour for refloating. Sadly, it passed away despite our efforts. A reminder that these events are complex and outcomes aren't always what we hope for. 😔
