CASO 1 Lactante de 11 meses que ingresa por fiebre y exantema nodular en pies. Se encontraba estable y la analítica mostraba 17.000 neutrófilos / mm3 y PCR 94 mg/l. Se aisló Estreptococo del Grupo A en hemocultivo y la biopsia de la lesión demostró paniculitis. Se trató con ampicilina-sulbactam, a la que se añadió clindamicina tras el hallazgo, completando 10 días de tratamiento intravenoso con buena evolución.

Woburn, Sunday, 19 October 2025.Replimune’s RP1 combined with Nivolumab achieved a 44% response rate in acral melanoma, a rare and aggressive skin cancer, with a median response duration of 11.9 month

Replimune (NASDAQ: REPL) presented an ad hoc analysis from the IGNYTE phase 2 cohort at ESMO Congress 2025 showing activity of RP1 plus nivolumab in acral melanoma (Poster 1644P). The cohort had an objective response rate (ORR) of 44% (8/18) and a median duration of response of 11.9 months (95% CI lower bound 3.9 months, upper bound not reached). Safety was described as favorable with mostly transient grade 1–2 treatment‑related adverse events. The company noted ongoing phase 3 IGNYTE‑3 enrollment in post‑anti‑PD1/CTLA‑4 progressed melanoma and an additional NMSC poster (1661P) at ESMO.
