Current XMCD analysis methods struggle with the inherent noise and scattering present in SMM measurements leading to inaccurate anisotropy parameter determination. Our approach leverages a probabilistic model incorporating prior knowledge of molecular geometry and magnetic interactions alongside experimental data to iteratively refine the anisotropy tensor.
