I can not tell a lie, after WCW died I did watch some WWE basically for the first time ever. It was WWECW because I am broken. it's the only WWE I really have nostalgia for. Well other than Smackdown vs RAW. I got hella nostalgia for that.

It’s really funny how hard they were trying to push Ricky Ortiz as the next big babyface dynamo that was gonna win the hearts of the crowd, get drafted to SmackDown and get rocketed straight to the main event
Then watching them immediately lose faith after he got drafted was funnier

This would 150% be my use of him as well. I said pretty much the same exact thing the other day but with the caveat he follows basically the same path as post-TNA/WWECW Archer (or say, Trent, Cody, or others) and does the Indies/NJ for some time to get comfortable (and better) outside the machine

I am trying to do the mental math on Cole's statement about Punk winning his 7th World Title. I guess it checks out? 3 WHCs in 2008-2009, 2 WWE Titles won in 2011, then the WHC at Summerslam...obviously not counting ROH, AEW, or even WWECW (sadly).

The change WWE made to him was so funny because he was basically reverse Undertaker, then they made him a vampire. You knew his career was over when he was a midcarder on WWECW. To be fair, everyone was more focused on Ariel when he was wresting anyway.

I mean I sort of feel bad for her because certain things get lost online, yet ask cvv for an interview as much of a mark he is thats not really id imagine what his platform is for.... its for quickly talking about aew and then talking about how great it was for Jake hager to win the wwecw title 🤣

I highly recommend you find his Impact Wrestling matches. The green guy he was in WWECW is long gone. He put it all together in Impact. When WWE signed him again, he had already built up his name...and of course WWE didn't know what to do with him. You can see that AEW knows exactly how.

Ruining the Royal Rumble wasnt enough they had to use their scum fund to destroy the last bastion of greatness in that company. Just like WWECW wasnt really ECW, WWTKO is not WWE. Cant believe TKO guy actually said #WWE was too affordable for families LOL soon every event in saudi 😂🤦♂️ #wrestlesky
