I hope the UK doesn't make the same mistakes in rolling out a 20mph... If they announce it loudly as a big policy - there will be backlash. If they quietly roll out a gradual road-by-road change of 30 limits down to 20, it won't raise the accusations of 'anti-motorist' but simply common-sense.
