Umbraco, a popular CMS built on C and running on IIS, has a dangerous vulnerability in its `dependencyHandler.axd` module. This flaw, dating back to 2016, allows: - Remote File Inclusion (RFI) - Exposure of `web.config` (containing sensitive `MachineKey` for RCE) - Bypassing WAF protections Organizations, including government and healthcare sectors, remain vulnerable.
