I just tested this on Windows with Microsoft Sans Serif and you’re right that it doesn’t include ss02 — but further, applying that font setting requires information in the font file. I don’t believe there is a faux ss02 😅 (an optional cc to @pixelambacht.bsky.social and a shout to wakamaifondue.com)

Built on good old robots.txt, the new open content licensing standard Really Simple Licensing (RSL) adds licensing and royalty terms.

Reddit, Yahoo, Quora, and wikiHow are some of the major brands adopting the standard in hopes AI companies will pay.

There’s a new type of CSS scroll-state query coming: “scrolled”.

This one remembers the last direction you scrolled into, which you can use to build “hidey bars”: when scrolling down (or having scrolled down), the hidey bar hides itself. When then scrolling back up, the hidey bar reveals itself.

@vscode.dev users - do you use "Compact Folders"?
I find it a bit weird as I am used to nested folders in @visualstudio.com
I have just read I can turn it off but I wonder should I just get used to it?

The A11y Project is at risk of going over our 1TB bandwidth limit on @netlify.com and being automatically charged $55/100gb in bonus bandwidth to keep it online.

I think we all know the cause and it's depressing. I've asked Netlify to just let the site go down when the limit is hit.

I love a good "Do this, not that" post. And this is a good one:

Do `git reset --keep`, not `git reset --hard`
