Why is Gestapo Barbie's booger hook inside the triggerguard with a mag in the gun if she's not ready to shoot/actively on-target? Or is there some defenseless animal off-camera she's getting ready to annihilate?

Please take a minute to google what a gun looks like, really what anything looks like. But for some reason revolvers get the short end of the stick when it comes to looking even remotely like their real life counterparts.

I like #TriggerGuard popping up during searches, but paying the per-click-cost to Amazon is killing me. Sure $70 in "sales" looks good, but I only get $15 of that. I'm pulling the plug on this experiment. So far, the best advertisement has been connecting with all of you.

#Writingcommunity, here's the first modern pistol for the #FirearmsFriday catalogue. Remember, these cards only address the basics. There are many other things to consider when writing about guns. Like: caliber bias, technique biases, etc. All that stuff is in #TriggerGuard

#Writingcommunity, I'm busy on #FirearmsFriday preparing for the Army/Navy game so I thought I'd knock out the baseball card for the Spencer today.

Don't forget to pick up your copy of #TriggerGuard for the holidays. If you hurry, it'll arrive in time to put under the tree!

This week I've amended the lever-action graphic to the timeline format. More guns, but less detail. I'll work up their baseball cards soon.

Also, I'm organizing all published graphics on the website. Check them out at chrisgrall.com

It's #FirearmFriday! Presented by #TriggerGuard
The race to develop a working semi-auto was filled with fits and starts. Designers often had to develop their own ammunition before they could make the gun. This timeline only covers the first place winners and their better known progeny.

The lever-action rifle you see in westerns always seems to load through a side gate. I never thought there were other options - until I started researching for my firearms guide. If your story happens before 1866, you'll want to watch for this mistake.

in the documentary they mention that they almost gave robocop a desert eagle but it a) looked too small and b) the suit's fingers wouldn't fit in the trigger guard but luckily the weaponsmaster had a beretta 93r as his car gun with a big open triggerguard and that's what they based the auto-9 on

the funniest possible thing Elon Musk could do would be to put on his big black hat & dome himself twirling a Colt .44 by the triggerguard down by the ol' Rio Grande
