Texas would have to also classify the Taser10 as a gun and or less lethal weapon if we wanted to align with the federal gvt. Apparently Austin is using the Taser10 on a pilot program, phasing out older tech (Taser7). The Dallas PD officers who were indicted were using beanbag rounds. #txlege
