Sotdae in contrast don't seem enjoy this visibility. Even the term for Sotdae isn't clear (Wiki says they are called differently in different parts of the country)

What I find interseting about Sotdae is that they are kinda hinding in the shadow of more "obvious" antropomorphic Jangseung. About Jangseung you can read a lot: how they are lower gods or spirits, how they talk to each from one crossroads to another, which is why one has to be kind to them

On a more lighthearted note, Cale momentarily dyed his hair blonde in this fic. So can you imagine my surprise when it happened in the recent chapters of part 2? I kept thinking “Sotdae-nim predicted this”. There was also that bit about Lily in chapter 202, but I’m just delusional

No words can describe the emotional rollercoaster that was this story. Every description was as vivid as it was jarring. The downwards slope came gradually, but when it got steep—it felt impossible to turn back. For you as a reader, and for alcale as characters.

No words can describe the emotional rollercoaster that was this story. Every description was as vivid as it was jarring. The downwards slope came gradually, but when it got steep—it felt impossible to turn back. For you as a reader, and for alcale as characters.
