#RutlandCity has been working hard to find ways to incentivize housing rehabilitation and new housing development. Abundant housing is affordable housing.
We have an aging population, a workforce crisis, and a housing crisis in Vermont. This is the perfect storm that directly hurts working people. We need to attract more workers and younger families and make sure we have a housing market that allows them to stay.
