Parking meters are fine, plus tons of other motoring infrastructure such as signs warning motorists about dangerous bends (on a 20 mph road in a park), and totally ignored No Coaches signs etc.

That is the argument used to keep motors on the Outer Circle #RegentsPark notwithstanding there being parallel main roads: Marylebone Rd (6 lanes), Albany St, Prince Albert Rd, Park Rd, only 100 m away.

That Mitsubishi Outlander was seen regularly in #RegentsPark: officers ticketing parking offenders and doing speed checks.
I haven't seen it since before the summer. I thought the parks police had been disbanded. I had no idea they were redeployed to anti-cycling.
