Ja, residentiële zonnepanelen vallen ook wel onder de Requirements for Generators (RfG 2.0) die moeten 'meedansen' met de frequentie en in bepaalde landen ook aan reactive power control moeten doen. De omvormers moeten dus wel degelijk hun steentje bijdragen aan de stabiliteit van het net.

As battery electric vehicle's technology is evolving at a fast pace and the penetration of electric vehicles on the market is increasing, interoperability between vehicles, the charging infrastructure and the electricity grid is becoming increasingly critical. A harmonised approach to interoperability - at EU level - is essential to avoid fragmentation of certain technical requirements which are currently being developed outside of the vehicle type-approval framework, notably as regards the implementation of the revised Network Codes DDC 2.0 - Regulation (EU) 2016/138819 and RfG 2.0 Regulation (EU) 2016/6312°). Therefore, to ensure battery electric vehicles' harmonised capabilities and enable interoperable vehicle-to-grid (V2G) services, these vehicles will need to meet certain technical requirements. For these reasons an empowerment to the Commission should be established within the Regulation (EU) 2018/85821

Good grief. I'm writing about miasma in my WIP: 1864. It was often used to burn Coast Salish longhouses in the WA State because things smelled. RFG is menace. The MC is a trained doctor from Jefferson Medical (my great grandfather went to Rush Medical in 1859) where his teacher is Mutter.
