Reminder to stay hydrated even when it’s cold outside and I don’t feel like drinking fluids. When I get dehydrated I feel foggy-headed and achy and sluggish and grumpy. It makes the transition to winter so much harder.

#pushupsquatchallenge post #BostonHalfMarathon today. So thankful that the weather wasn’t too cold, and the rain held off.
And grateful that I could still do the push-ups and squats AFTER the race, as I didn’t have enough time to do them before the race 😫
