Richard George Cantle, 3rd Bn Tank Corps, died on 12th January 1918. He was the son of Gideon and Charlotte Cantle from Pontnewydd (nr Cwmbran). Richard was buried at Bucquoy Road Cemetery, Ficheux, and he is remembered on the Guest Keen and Nettlefolds (now GKN) Works memorial in Cwmbran.
