Today will be a day of log fires, bubble baths and eating up food from the fridge that’s nearing its ‘use by’.

Had a fantastic day in London.
It was also the Lord Mayors parade so the place was thrumming with people.
Every person was courteous, happy and fun.
As London has now, apparently, been taken over by ISIS (according to Musk) I must congratulate them on how great it is again.
No beheadings tho.

Picked up a bag of Jelly Babies at big Tesco as ‘Box has never tried them as they’re not a thing in the US.

And some fun sponge on Facebook is now complaining it was all too, to the extent she reckons they set off the smoke alarms inside her house.

This morning it was 13C in ‘Box home office. So I’ve finally relented, put the heating on for a whole hour, and lit the big stove.
Can it be Spring already please?

- roasted butternut squash
- corn on the cob with salted butter
- air fryer chips in dripping
- green beans and tender stem broccoli
- sour cream and chive dip
