I remember thinking two years ago: "I love Taskmaster, I like Lou Sanders, and I like's Jack's statistics on Twitter. I'll definitely check this new podcadt out."
Fast forward and I have now learnt more than I ever thought I needed to know about the menopause, HRT, and being a 60+ year-old woman.

I know I’ve made this exact post before, but it’s relevant again this morning, so: I agree with the advice to leave one’s headphones at home to practice mindfulness while running, but I’m exhausted this morning and don’t think I’ll even get my shoes on without an actual plau podcadt to motivate me.
