Drizzly day wander along the Beishi River in Pinglin District.
Visited the tea museum in Pinglin and had tea in tea ceremony. Tried three locally-grown types: Baozhong, Oolong, and Honey scented black. The latter is created when a leafhopper insect bites the leaves and the plant responds by secreting a chemical that tastes sweet to us.
