**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel approach to enhance the resolution and accuracy of thermal mapping using molecular spin crossover (MSC) materials. By implementing a dynamic phasor analysis technique coupled with optical microscopy and machine learning-driven data correlation, we demonstrate significant advancements in detecting subtle temperature variations—beyond the limitations of conventional thermometry methods. Our core innovation lies in the real-time tracking and quantification of MSC transitions via phased reflection analysis, enabling thermal contour mapping with a resolution approaching sub-micron scales.
