Took the week of #NoScreens challenge a couple wks ago. Only exceptions: work & family email & texts. Tough for 1st day or 2. Ultimately worth it. Best part: Deleted 2 social media apps from phone so I wouldn’t be tempted. Made me realize how much time I waste on those. Feel much better. Refreshed.
