I've been tuning the lock-on in Nightmare Operator. Finding a way to make weaving between melee and aiming feel natural is a challenge, but I think it's at a point now that feels quite easy to use and creates nice, cinematic framing.

Misha's three-stage melee combo is a powerful tool for dispatching Youkai at close range. The second and third stages of the combo can be altered by inputting different movement directions during the combo (forward, side, etc.)

Remina are stationary enemies capable of attacking Misha with a variety of long-range attacks. Stunning them will dislodge their mask and reveal their internal mechanisms, which can be shot to deal heavy damage.

Effectively weaving between melee combat, parries, Discharge Cancels, and shooting is key to surviving in the Toyko Ruins.
