No but he is trying to force us out of NATO to aid and abet Putin plan and every Republican is complicit see NDAA 2024……the real plan👇🏼👇🏼

The requirement for ICE facilities to not impede entry of congresspeople for oversight is part of the NDAA, which is what funds these things. The facility leadership are likely lying, but are probably claiming funding comes from the OBBB and saying the requirement doesn't exist because of that.

Trump and the cult are attempting to appease PUTIN by having the USA REMOVED FROM NATO..

Under 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the pres cannot unilaterally withdraw from the alliance without Congressional approval.

#TREASON AIDING AND ABETTING AND THE REPUBLICANS ARE COMPLICIT‼️

#TimothyMcVeigh is exactly who the right wingers love. He helped create DHS, in his own little part he played. Just like 9/11 brought the Patriots Act and the NDAA
January 10, 2026 at 9:49 AM
Yup. A lot of us have been against NDAA and The Patriot Act for years and for a while it was an understanding that the powers aren't used unless faced with a 9/11 level disaster. Now we have somebody who's using the loose writing if the law to abuse us

The 2024 NDAA: Section 1250A of the National Defense Authorization 2024 explicitly prohibits the President from suspending, terminating, denouncing, or withdrawing the U.S. from the North Atlantic Treaty without:

Approval by a two-thirds vote of the Senate.
Or a separate Act of Congress.

Obama also signed the NDAA of 2011 that allowed for the indefinite detention of US citizens without trial.

Senator Whitehouse was one of the 26 Senate Democrats that voted for the NDAA in December — that includes provisions to expand trump’s domestic militarization of our cities with no oversight.
Republicans provide no oversight on Trump and Dems provide no oversight or accountability to the Republicans

U.S. law, Section 1250A of the 2024 NDAA, now bars the President from unilaterally leaving NATO without approval from two-thirds of the Senate or a separate Act of Congress, requiring explicit legislative backing, though some legal experts debate enforcement if a president ignores it.
January 10, 2026 at 12:53 AM
Wrong again. As of late 2023, a new law specifically prevents any U.S. President from unilaterally withdrawing the United States from NATO. Please refer to National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2024.
January 10, 2026 at 12:05 AM
Ignore grandpa. The NATO treaty was ratified by an act of Congress, and the 2024 NDAA included an amendment that specifically bars the President from terminating the treaty.

He's just whining.
January 9, 2026 at 11:36 PM
So, knowing that the 2024 NDAA keeps him from withdrawing from NATO, the play is to force NATO to kick us out.
