She needs to be freed! Kizer was sentenced on August 19, 2024, to 11 years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision, as part of a plea deal she accepted in May 2024 to avoid a potential life sentence from her original charge of first-degree intentional homicide.

Chrystul Kizer took an UBER round to Randall Volar's place, shot him twice in the head as he was sat in his chair, set fire to his house and stole his car. She tried to assert that Wisconsin's sex trafficking laws gave her a defense to that crime. When that failed, she pleaded guilty.
