#Intersectionality
After you've seen 5/6/7 it will be clear. The movies rebooted themselves as a Found Family With Bonus Intersectionality franchise, and Tokyo Drift is minus all of that.

TD is fine, and better than 2F2F, as a movie.

Intersectionality
November 11, 2025 at 4:29 PM
Intersectionality helps us see how different identities (like race, gender, and class) overlap, shaping unique experiences 🌈. Embrace diversity and challenge inequality by understanding this powerful concept. Together, let's build a more inclusive world! #UnityInDiversity #Intersectionality 💫

@equalitynow.bsky.social and @reprorights.org, you both need to do *much* better at intersectionality.
genuinely astounded that any group would invite the @resistrevchorus.bsky.social to sing and then ask their members to remove their keffiyehs.

like have you never seen this group? do you not know what they believe in and what they do every single day?

Intersectionality shows us how different aspects of identity—like race, gender, and class—interact and impact our lives uniquely. It's a reminder that embracing diversity makes us stronger. Together, we rise! 🌟 #DiversityMatters #StrongerTogether

At Christian college we learned of the integration of faith & learning

This was a right wing response to intersectionality

Feeling attacked by a fact?

Integrate faith and learning!

Science majors all believed Jesus had died so they could live

But most knew, as a matter of fact, dinosaurs did

The “somehow” part is simple: vote blue no matter who until we get ranked-choice or STAR voting, then keep voting blue no matter who until it’s all candidates you like.

Too bad most people on the left don’t understand long-term strategy or intersectionality.
Very much in a ‘burn down the Democratic Party and replace it with a progressive party’ mood. Annoyingly there’s no way to practically do that in our system without conceding the nation to fascism, so we need to stage a total takeover from within somehow.

its super unfortunate that this country operates like this and in many ways it seems like post-apartheid discourse has stifled other very important conversations, a problem compounded bybthe fact that we now need to engage with intersectionality and two things being true
November 11, 2025 at 7:46 AM
And that's before you even realize how colossal the intersectionality is for the houseless.

Veterans, trans, disabled folx, kids who are lgbtq and faced ostracization, abuse, etc. and ran away, people who were just isolated for too long...

It's literally anyone inconvenient. -_-

This is what they mean by “intersectionality”

Dems invented the term intersectionality, but we don't seem to understand the implications and requirements for implementation. NEVER let the perfect be the enemy of the good. Focus on shared interests, not differences.

imo this is the definition of intersectionality

Rarely do I encounter intersectionality between my Antifa playlist and my Vulcanalia playlist....but I found a candidate.

PS happy VolcanoMonday, Volcaneers.

intersectionality is one of the most misunderstood concepts in social discourse, IMO. Important that you are defining it when you work. Thank you.

it’s important to have BIPOC-forward disabled spaces because of intersectionality. we need to protect the multiply-marginalized even when we are facing marginalization as well.

This book kinda changed my DNA. Hadn't even thought about how the gun violence chapter would be a good recommendation for outside of country recommends, I'll make a mental note. But yes. This book is pretty high on the list of "If you only read one book on intersectionality..."
November 10, 2025 at 7:23 PM
This is why intersectionality (which I guess we aren’t to speak of because it pisses people off as much as DEI?) is so important to comprehend. Acquiescence often comes from living in a privileged bubble. People don’t want to hear it, I fear.

The results were incredible and showed not only the intersectionality and complexity of experiences, but also the prevalence of unconscious bias across geoscience. The survey also highlighted the challenges of EDI-related initiatives when they are ineffective or when people are unaware of them.
