well he clearly has history with Draconus, and has been around a long time, so that's possible! Erikson did say we'll get an answer by the end of Kharkanas

but! consider:
* he had an odd reaction to Quick Ben's last name
* he calls Draconus "friend" in flashback
* Ruthan sounds suspiciously like...

Honestly? Best thing they’ve revealed for the new wave so far. I’m really happy they’re actually continuing this lineup, and while they don’t have the Draconus forms, this is at least another way to get the base suits from the sets. Very happy with the potential of more spinner customisation
