Damiana or Fenugreek or Ginseng or ashwaganda are known for helping with Libido if youre trying to make up for a lack—-but pls make sure none of those interact with any medications you may be taking!

Yes! I can't smoke weed because of my job so I just use herbs like lavender, rose petals, blue lotus, skullcap, damiana, stuff like that!
