Ive been trying to find a way to limit the framerate back again but there doesnt seem to be one................. its either 60 or 30
I rlly rlly need it to be a good inbetween speed 🙏

Depends on exactly what you want to do. DSPRE has been pretty good for me so far, and there are a ton of tutorials available online

(The set up is modding the game with DSPRE. This is what happens when an eyes-meet trainer can't set their flag after battle to mark them as beaten. I did this by going to the trainer script archive, grabbing all the SetTrainerFlag commands and making them set flag 52 instead of the normal variable)

Bug may have been caused by DSPRE not actually having a bugfix it was supposed to, I'm not sure
But it doesn't seem to actually negatively impact by progress just a weird interruption

Ran into a weird error in DSPRE, the game runs fine but the editor crashes when looking at a handful of trainers so going to see if I can figure that out before doing more work
It's apparently been there since ~September/October so I'm not sure what happened

never mind i am the smartest man in the world (just downloaded a new rom to tinker with in DSPRE)
holy hell man i didnt realize you had to jump through 30 separate hoops to start fucking with pokemon rom hacking shit. literally everything i tried to do to get hg-engine working ended in failure cuz nothing was explained well enough for me LMAO

DSPRE was working great until i accidentally removed encounters from the table that i didn't understand how to revert and then everything else started involving actual code which meant i was cooked from the onset. never mind some of it just not showing ANYTHING about what to do (docker). fmscl

Now that DSPRE has a working Headbutt editor I'm thinking about doing some more intensive changes.
Given how tedious it is, I'm not going to redo everything, but what if I made Starly, Combee, Slakoth, maybe another specifically Headbutt-only mons in Kanto? Would that be fun?
